About Me
My name is Liam Nesbitt. As a personal trainer my main passion is to help guide people towards a healthier, happier lifestyle. I have an extensive background in sport and exercise having played basketball, football and rugby at a high level in the past. I am an honours student at Laurentian University where I study sport and exercise psychology. I believe that everyone should be happy and confident with their own bodies which is why I want to share what I have learned with others. Everyone is different and has different exercise goals which is why I make sure that each plan is completely customized for each person. I believe what separates me from other personal trainers is the fact that I also have a background in psychology which allows me to have a greater insight into mental barriers that can be associated with exercise. If you have any questions or are ready to make a commitment to a happier and healthier lifestyle do not hesitate to contact me. I have already worked with multiple people ranging from first time exercisers to experienced university level athletes. All you have to do is let me know what your goals are and I’d love to help you reach them!
